Growing up in the historic city of Rabat, Morocco, Zineb is a trailblazing figure in the world of sports and business. She discovered her love for football at an early age, and had the privilege of representing clubs in multiple countries, including France (PSG, FC Massy 91, COMB Bagneux, FCF Juvisy), Canada (Carabins, Montreal Elite Concordia, CRDP 88), Spain (Atletico Madrid, CF Pozuelo de Alarcón), the US (BCU Chicago, Atlanta Silverblacks), Switzerland (FC Zurich), and the UAE (Abu Dhabi Country Club). Despite the demands of a rigorous football career, she remained committed to her education, ultimately earning a Trilingual Finance Degree from HEC Montreal and further enhancing her knowledge at ICADE Business School.

Fluent in four languages—Arabic, French, English, and Spanish—she effortlessly transcends cultural and linguistic barriers. This dedication to academic excellence would later serve her well as she transitioned into the corporate world, joining among others the prestigious GE Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff. She was also the global finance director at Baker Hughes (2020-2023). Recently, Zineb achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Arab female FIFA agent in the Middle East.
